Show 66 – “Split Your Lungs With Blood And Thunder”

This week the guys do the show on the road in route to seeing their musical heroes, Mastodon, at the Palladium in Dallas. The show is split in half, with a ton of music topics being discussed on the drive out there, then a wrap up of the show and the other craziness that ensued on the way home. Wil, Not-Wil, Not-Seth, and Brittnie also made the journey to Dallas with us. Wil took protection, and tested people for ebola in the parking lot, Brittnie tries to pick up parking lot attendants for an orgy, What-A-Burger hates all of us, butt hooks, Waking Alice gets a plaque and we keep getting calls from some one sounding like Matt. Be forwarned, this show gets a little whacky.

Show 65 – We’re Going In Dry Boys!

Things started out horribly wrong when Logic kept giving the dreaded beach ball of death and finally crashing. But when you add Richard, from Henry the Archer to that equation, things went completely bonkers! Thanks to Mixlr and the storage of our live stream, we are able to bring you this weeks show.

Richard joined us to promote his bands new album and their show this Friday night. He also spouted his own wacky opinions about everything under the sun. We were also joined by Daryl from Uppercut Brewing that brought us more amazing food stuffs from his wife, the Salsa Mistress! Matt filled us all in on his weekend at ACL, watching the Cowboys at ACL, and how awesome Pearl Jam was. Dustin talks about Arts Goggle, going out to a honky tonk, and how annoying it is to be constantly asked for tips. Seth shares a disturbing story out of Corpus Christi that finally puts an end to the show.

Plus we all argue about ebola and how crazy things are getting.

Show 64 – Rus And A Bottle of Flemish Ale

Tonight the guys were joined once again in studio by Rus from Waking Alice and once again his band was nowhere to be seen. Thus the conspiracy theory is brought back into question, is Waking Alice comprised of holograms or not? As the guys debated back and forth, Rus talked about how the Curtain Club is honoring his band on October 18th by hanging a plaque on their wall. The guys also talk about strip clubs, Ebola, beer, destiny, music, and other junk that they normally find interesting and no one else does.

Show 63 – Party Wrap Up and Wil Says Goodbye

It was going to be a farewell send off to our friend good friend Wil as he announced to us Monday night that this would be his last show, but minutes before our show began he told us that he wasn’t going to make it. So we threw everything we had planned out the window, and spent a lot of time reviewing our party, A Night In The Clouds. We play a little bit of audio from all of the bands, and talk about the chaos that happened during and after the party as we kept things going till 6:30am. We then discuss the Ebola outbreak in Dallas that is going to turn us all into the Zombie-Apocalypse-Walking-Breaking Bad-Lost-Dead-Walking-Sons-Anarchy-Jax-Die generation. We also uncover what might be the greatest story about bible thumping swingers we have ever heard.
