It’s that time of year again where we get together with our podcast friends and talk about our favorite things from 2018. Representing Funkytown Podcast is Jeff and Susie, and representing his own badass self is Matt “Robotuner” Thomas. We discuss our favorite music (both local and national), concerts, video games, and podcasts. But first, we have to take care of a little bit of business, like Stubb’s face tattoo, Jessi’s dive into True Detective and her brain scan, Thomas delivered a new song, and there might be a new Fort Worth band ripping on our name! There are people in this world that go by one name like, Madonna, Cher, and Prince. Well this weeks guest is Ivy, and sure she may have a last name, but maybe she doesn’t want you to know it, or maybe we just don’t want to give it to you because the world is full of creepy internet weirdos. Speaking of creepy internet weirdos, she stopped by the temple to hang out with the gang and to correct any crazy delusions Matt and Dustin had about invitro fertilization and sperm storage. The conversation also turns to dating in a world full of apps and being groped by assholes at shows. Dustin talks about a recent trip to Savannah, Matt might be escaping the fate of an Eagles tattoo, and Jessi has a suffering Opossum in her yard.

So the JJTM HR department has issued this week as a podcast holiday because NIN is in town for a two-night stint. Then Dustin gets to busy the rest of the week to care about podcasting. So instead of not putting anything out a show this week, and ruining our perfect 5 and a half year streak, we thought we’d repackage one of our favorite shows, and maybe the most fun show we’ve ever done. It’s April 1st, or April Fools, 2014 and the show goes back in time to when the boys were 9-12 years old. This is the original cast of JJTM so you get to hear both Seth and Wil as well as Matt and Dustin. This one was a lot of fun to do, so enjoy!

Yep, it’s the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, so that means it’s time to celebrate Stabbsgiving again. The most traumatic night this show has ever gone through, and almost kept it from becoming a huge…very huge success. The boys are joined by Jessi Foster as they discuss that crazy night, Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, the past activities of the weekend, The Cowboys, Pantera, local celebrity status, and a mini-golf championship is in the works.
