Show 173 – Return of The Me-Thinks

This week marks the return of The Me-Thinks to the Temple of Eye, and with that comes a whole lot of jackassery and nonsense. Our favorite caped crusaders dropped by with their attorney, some guy named Paul, from Indian Casino Records. He was sent to clear the air and set a few things straight before the Me-Thinks release their new record this Saturday night at Lola’s. We then receive a call from the owner of Indian Casino Records demanding the money he is owed, and that goes as well as you think it might and ends in true JJTM fashion. It was great having the guys back in the Temple and we want everyone to go out to Lola’s this weekend for the release party of this record. It’s going to be one to remember!

This Saturday is The Me-Thinks Record Release and Underachievement Award Extravaganza. BE THERE!

Show 171 – I Happy Am

This week marks the return of I Happy Am into the Temple of Eye to promote their long awaited debut album, The Prophet, The Giant, And The Invisible Man. And even though right now the boys and Zach are at war for the Fort Worth Weekly Best of 2016 award, they all put their differences aside for the greater good, and that’s talking about a fantastic album. But that doesn’t keep things from getting a little out of control because Rebekah and Zach show up to the show with a big bottle of rum and Juggalo humor. The spirits get to flowing and topics start flying all over the map; from pink socks to John Rambo busting in and making an appearance it really gets chaotic. And when the smoke clears the boys survive the human torpedo that is Zach and foil his mission of sinking other podcasts.

Show 169 – The Jenny Janestown Mascara with Denver and Luke

The boys are on vacation, so the girls fill in this week. Rebekah and Susie take control of the studio and fill it full of estrogen, and then have two badass guests on, Luke McGlathery and Denver Williams. And if that wasn’t enough, surprise guest Zach and Richard swing by the studio. It turns into an all star gang bang of sorts! The girls recount their time at the JJTM 3 year anniversary party, the craziness of the summer party at Dustin’s house, and get into some crazy drunk stories with the boys. It was a really great show, and they did a fantastic job filling in. There is also a secret bookend/wrap-up at the end of the episode.
