Show 80 – Mike Meets Us For Jibbers, With a Side of Chris

The first time Mike and Chris from Redefine came in the studio it got whacky and ended in a bloody mess; This time we can officially thank them for being part of the longest episode of JJTM in history. Mike joins us in the studio and promotes the Redefine show this Friday at the Abbey Underground in Denton, and then he promotes it again, and again, and again… Then Chris joins us on the phone to also promote the show, again and again, and again, and again…

We love these guys because they GET IT and we always have a fantastic time when they stop by. We talk everything from having an accident in your pants to having relations with a mailbox. Mike brought with him a list of the Top 25 Pantera songs according to Guitar World and we go down the list of the best venues in Texas to hit up on a road trip.

Thanks to our good friend Cherub from the The Ned Files for coming up with that show title, and much like it says, this show is jammed pack full of stuff no one cares about. The guys sit around testing out some new gear for doing remotes and discuss everything from the Dallas Cowboys to modern day jazz greats. Show 76 – And A Podcast In A Pear Tree

Show 75 – There’s An Otter loose in the Temple

Patrick ”Otter” Gonzales from the band Night Gallery joins the guys in studio and like a true professional he brought his own set up of Jack Daniels, Coke, and ice. What an absolute pro! The guys talk everything from Night Gallery, iTunes removing “white power” music, drinking with diabetes, the Sony leaks, Imdb’s top 10 of 2014, the local music scene, and Serial. Unfortunately they didn’t have a chance to talk about this past weekends activities that included a party at Empire Recording Studio and a little bit of in fighting at Sparks.
